A-Grade wood charcoal has higher fixed carbon, lower ash content, longer burn time, and cleaner performance—ideal for premium BBQ and retail markets.

B-Grade charcoal has relatively higher ash and slightly lower carbon content, making it suitable for industrial use or price-sensitive markets.

Yes. We offer custom-printed retail bags, boxes, and cartons with your brand artwork. Private label is available for all three product lines — machine-made, shaped, and shisha bamboo charcoal. Minimum quantities and lead times vary by packaging format.

All shipments include: phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documenting fixed carbon, ash, and moisture content is available for A-Grade orders on request.

Standard lead time for bulk orders is 20–30 days from order confirmation. Sea freight transit time varies by destination: approximately 18–25 days to the Middle East, 25–35 days to Europe. Air freight is available for samples or urgent requirements.
